The Silva Method is a way to "program" your mind to get the results you want. It's a strong tool in the "how to lose weight quickly" arsenal. A Mexican gentleman, Jose Silva, developed this method and made it public in 1966. Today's its available in over 30 languages in 111 countries. While in these deep levels of mind, you create "programs" to achieve the life you want. My Weight Loss ProgramsI created a program in which I stated I would achieve my weight goals quickly, easily and in a healthy manner. I would be interested only in healthy, nutritious food that my body required. I would be interested in this food only in the quantities necessary to reach and maintain my weight goals.
